Personal information, including name, address and contact number of the end user seeking warranty service is collected when submitting the Online Warranty Registration Form.

Use of your Personal Information
The information collected would be used to better provide after sales and warranty service to the end users, and for identification of the product owners.

Sino Bright Electronics (Holdings) Ltd. is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Personal information provided will be handled in accordance with the Hong Kong Privacy Ordinance and in a strictly confidential manner. And we do not sell your personal information to third party companies.

Warranty Conditions

1.      The one-year warranty are provided for above products. Proof of purchase shall be produced if requested by Sino Bright to substantiate date of purchase. Such proof of purchase must be an original receipt / invoice.

2.      The warranty of product wholesaled by Sino Bright should be provided by its Hong Kong distributor. The general warrantee period is one year unless specified otherwise.

3.      The warranty does not cover replacing consumable items and items with shorter lifetime; such as CRT monitor and LCD monitor. Extra fee will be charged for any replacement of these items. (Customers are required to pay the extra fee in advance while the items are out of stock).

4.      For out of warranty product repairing, HK$250 inspection fee will be charged to customer during the sending of defective product to Sino Bright’s service center while labour & parts charge should be made during the collecting of the repaired product. The inspection charge is not refundable under any circumstances. Any defected parts, which have been replaced, shall become Sino Bright’s property.

5.     The warranty will automatically be waived if the product has been explicitly or implicitly modified, tampered with, altered or repaired in any way by anybody other than qualified technical people of Sino Bright, damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, physical damage, abnormal voltage supply/power interruption, accident, fire, flood, natural calamities or other events beyond Sino Bright control.

6.      Sino Bright shall not be liable for any damages or problems arising from the use of the products.

7.      The customer shall be at his own expenses responsible for transporting the product to Repair Centres, and collecting it from the same centre after the service. Sino Bright can provide product pickup and / or product delivery services to customer on chargeable basis. All charges are subject to change without prior notice.

8.      Sino Bright will provide extra services such as installation, testing and toning to customer on chargeable basis.

9.      The warranty will be terminated immediately once the distributor/manufacturer of the product is out of business.

10.  The warranty terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
